Check this spec pls

I dont think you need that fan controller, the three fans that come with the case have their own simple fan speed controllers on the back.

Simple being the operative word. Slow or fast. That`s it. And not very easy to get to, especially, if like me you bite your finger nails.
I exchanged the rear fan for a NB(bought of another member:D) and the top 2 fans connected via a splitter cable to the mobo, until I get round to installing my fan controller. But that wont happen until I get a couple of decent fans to install at the front.

for that price why not
What about rest of spec

It's a bit pointless mate, how about just getting the Bluray ROM and DVDRW combo on offer instead?

I'd be tempted to do something like that maybe. I've dropped the 120GB SSD in favour of a better GPU although there is a Toxic 270X. Hopefully you like the styling and it's all shown off through the windowed case.

Best of luck with the build bud, we all look forward to seeing what you settle on :D

I use to use a pair of DVD-RW back about 4/5years ago, not any more as its really not necessary.

That is true about biting your nails making it harder to flip them :D

That looks like something I would spec just without the pretty cables :p

is water cooling better

No.

In my own testing it takes a H100i in extreme speed mode (so it sounds like a hoover) to beat one of the big three (Alpenfohn K2) air coolers while they remain silent.

It takes custom water cooling (costing £150+) to beat a high end air cooler.

what are your views on the Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Toxic OC

Is the 270x better than the Asus GeForce GTX 660
thks

I have already shown it to be faster in games in the techpowerup link in one of the previous posts.

But here it is again.

If you want to see how it does in other programs using OpenCL,
