now it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Was a bit of buzz around SXOC and various other sites saying a new Silvia was on the way but this isn't disappointing at all!

Loving the look of this little thing - other than the custard beige they decided to show it off in - and if it's going to be RWD layout with a flat 4 2.5L engine then this could be a good rival to the BRZ & GT86.

What you all reckon?
 
Ooh, a modern 510. I have a horn for the classic. Love how they have incorporated the look of the chin spoiler into the front.

I love these quirky concepts when they hark back, but unlike the Range Rover Evoque, if they ever produce something like this it won't look anything near sadly :(
 
I like the idea. Not convinced about the execution. I think this could be a rare example of a car where the end result may look better than the concept once they've productionised the design.
 
Come to think of it, the Datsuns' front end reminds me of the old school Skyline GTR.
 
I don't know how i feel about the looks of it. Keep looking at pictures and thinking "Awesome" then the next "Eeeeew!"...
May take some time, but i think i'll come around to liking it.
