The article reads as 'can be' equipped as a small capacity CVT. I think most people are interested in the 2.5 the concept is equipped with

I think this could be a rare example of a car where the end result may look better than the concept once they've productionised the design.

It will basically end up being the next 100NX, although Nissan going by their recent offerings might come good with it.

It looks cool, but its never going to be made. It's just a motor show concept.

had to be a downside didn't there, typical :/ I wish they would do away with CVT

Article also mentions a 1.6 turbo powerplant with a manual box. That said however, as already mentioned it's a 'concept' so even if it does go into production in some shape or form the powerplants and gearbox configurations mentioned at this point are more than likely to be academic.

Stunning, but nothing like a 510. Shape is more like a Mk1 Celica or a Dodge Challenger than a 510.
