These games journalists don't seem to understand the question because they are technologically ignorant, like many console gamers are.
Asking which is better, needs to involve which has more grunt. That topic is constantly dodged.

Customers ask him which is best and he is making the point that essentially it's up to the customer which is best, because all that really matters is the games. Not the grunt, the fps, the UI, the camera, gpu, but the games. After all the technical differences between the consoles you have to admit those differences are negligible and like the quote says, there isn't anything particularly mind blowing about either console in development terms. The proof will be in developers games.
