Hi guys,

I'm building a mid range PC for causal gaming and photo editing/graphic design use and looking to buy a graphics card in the £150-180 price range.

Was planning on getting an Nvidia Geforce 660, was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or ideas on better cards?

Have a blue/black themed rig so in an ideal world would like one that fits this! :D

Any help would be much appreciated! Cheers!

Sorry did you have to be rude? 'flat out lie' I am saying that I (MEANING ME) have had no problems :) Instead can you contribute to OP

*edit* Unless its battlefield. Which recommends 3GB.

You claimed you have no problems running any game maxed.... Metro last light, Crysis 3... Battlefield 4.....

You can not play those games maxed out on a 7850...

So as I said, unless you're playing at 1024x768 your comment was a lie.

I may be blunt but its silly claims like that give people the wrong impression and information which leads them spending hard earned money on a product they have been led to believe is better then it is.

Who says he plays any of those games you mentioned, and also, he may well think 30 fps is 'absolutely fine'.

Gigabyte R9 270X if you cant afford a HIS 7950

+1, but you should try for the 7950 if you can, its almost as fast as the GTX 770 / 280X and comes with 3GB of vRam, its an awesome card and for just over £200 its a steal...
