amidst all the Battlefield 4, COD Ghost, Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag threads etc a little, perhaps not so fancied game got released

i got sick of B4 keep crashing, not a fan of COD and fed up of the constant rehash of AC so decided to get 'LEGO Marvel Super Heroes'
Picked this up from Tesco for £8 after clubcard points (am i allowed to say this?)

got to say what a gem of a game. never really thought i knew much about Marvel Characters. it isn't until i played i realised how many characters i recognized.

ok it isn't going to benchmark very well, or even stretch the average graphic card.. but for sheer pickup and play is there anything better than the Lego Games?

anybody else pick this up? Yay me :)
Who is your favourite Character? Iron man (and i have never seen the films)

I'm getting to for myself and my little lad a xmas, he loves lego games, I love Marvel so its a perfect mix!

Just need to finish Lego LOTR now!

i feel the characters in this have more unique skills than the other lego games

i just picked Lego LOTR up in the steam sale, going to complete Marvel Super Heroes first
 
I play the lego games with my young lad, he absolutely loves them. Lego starwars and lego batman 2 are his favorites. Had n't heard of this one, might see if I can pick it up.
 
I never read the books or sW the films so I find it difficult to figure out whats going on!

Can't wait to play as Ironman! That screenshot looks ace.

i read the LOTR books at school, but the films seem so different to the book and never watched a Star Wars film (Crazy eh)

Mr Fantastic is brill in the game.. some of the things he can do :D
 
I like the new addition of 'big' characters, like Hulk and The Thing (Fantastic 4). The game seems to work very well, same as all of the others but the red bricks are no fn, you just buy them rather than finding them, I think - I have not been allowed to play, just watch my two boys play it!

Eh? You have to find the Deadpool bricks in the non-story levels.

I've finished the storyline of the game, now going for 100% Currently at 82% :D Generally use Iron Man Mk46 or Heartbreaker versions or Phoenix as my main characters around Manhattan.

Yup. You have Manhattan to explore. Plus the Helicarrier too.

I so want this game,only just got my first lego game (lord of the rings) and love it,cant put it down and easily the best game out of 150+ games ive got on steam,will wait for a sale to come on for this lego game though as money is a bit tight :)
