Names never stay the same, people always change them, give them a nick name etc. So think when choosing a name how it will evolve over time. If your place is good and has a good reputation then the evolution of the name will reflect that. Also if it isn't received so well and gets negative press. This makes it harder to come back from and why so many places change name or do the under new management thing when the sister or uncle takes over.
On the positive side, name I like would be.....
West as in western Europe and Orient as in Chines food.
West Orient Buffet.
nick names and phrases people may say to each other are limited and Orient makes it hard to have negative words rhyme.
"fancy going down the Orient for something to eat." " Lets go over West's for some food" " I'll meet you at the West Orient and we'll go into town from there"
Make the phrases match the age and type of people you want to server and reflect on how the word of mouth will be spread. Just like some of the tongue in cheek names above, they do sound like names you would make up and have a laugh about. You don't want people having a laugh over your hard work.
Or as this is GD....
Who you nick that noodle off.
Wok'N[egg]Roll make it a music buffet bar.
