I've just had mine confirmed and am pretty happy after an excellent year but in my previous job I got absolutely sod all.

So I just wondered how many people get something at xmas from their job?

Yes - Company KPI bonus in December and merit/personal bonus in Jan, although I won't be getting anything this year as I'm leaving. However my new company does bonuses/pay reviews in April though.

Yep, fairy decent one this year apparently. Wont find out until december 24th though.

(Decent for someone on 17k a year, something along the lines of £500-600. But still, do that for a few hundred employees and it adds up i guess)

I get one depending on company performance. £500 normally before tax and NI.

I can also earn an extra £100 a quarter for my team hitting personal goals. Very rarely happens because a few people in my team are a waste of space!

Mine is PRP (performance related pay) linked so the better we do the more we get with an element of that being an xmas bonus, so long the company doesn't make a loss

Never used to but the company I worked for got bought out by another one who do, so it's been confirmed that we're getting a bonus this year as company targets have been met. Expecting around £800 so not exactly in the same league as what the spivs and specs get, it should pay for Christmas.

We get a bonus as such, aslong as we can meet some congoured up objectives, and the whole team has to meet their objectives otherwise we dont get the bonus, the objectives are a little annoying, the problem being is that it gets so busy, no one really has time to do them, which sucks.

Means the hard work we generally do normally, doesn't really get rewarded unless we meet these also.

Not sure about a xmas bonus, this will be my first xmas here, may happen, may not

There will be plenty of overtime opportunities and cover opportunities though over xmas for extra cash.

Aye 1500-2k normally. (not a xmas bonus as such, more a yearly performance bonus, but it's paid out just before xmas)

Found out we are getting a bonus a few weeks ago, it was completely out of the blue as they have never done it before. My company also pays for the Christmas party, both food and drink :)
