Do you get an Xmas bonus?

My new company is the same, although it's done in bands based on performance (1-5 with 3 being expected/normal performance).

Ours is done on a really simple target vs result calculation. If we achieve 100% percent target on profit expectations then we get 100% bonus.

So this year as we achieved 156% profit vs target we are getting the full bonus

Nope - but I have a chance of a bonus if I excel at my objectives (PRP basically) by the time of the new financial year in April - it gets paid in July. However, I don't have to work over Christmas so that's a bonus to me! :D

Got my bonus back in May. We do get a nice Christmas knees-up paid for by the company, mind.

apparently I'm poor and on the dole because I'm against mass immigration of unskilled labour.

I have no idea whether job seeker claimants receive any Christmas bonuses

Yes, although its a company financial year end bonus, not a Christmas one, but the companies year end is December 31st.

we did used to get a Christmas hamper
but last year we got £50 in vouches to spend on the high street.
we get the big bonus in april after the end of the tax year, this year I got £660

Not yet. Our company has some financial issues at the moment but there is a high expectancy that several large projections come our way next year, if any of them do materialize we will get our Xmas bonus then, likely in March.
Bonuses are normally 5-15% of annual salary.

Been there, worked 5 xmas days in a row up until my daughter arrived 6 years ago.

In my previous company one of the busiest days for orders was xmas day but now I'm an operations manager for a company thats heavily tied in with the school calendar so xmas is pretty quiet comparably.

Also I dont get paid O/T so working xmas day can **** off.

I might be working xmas but wont be paid for it. We have a big demo we are developing for CES.

5%, 7.5% and 10% of salary, depending on company performance. Hit 10% target for the last 2 years in a row, which was awesome!

Nope, don't get one and in 24 years i've never had one nor expected one. That said, we have our CPD paid in a lump sum in December which is more than welcome.
