How long has there been a Spelling Dictionary by right clicking ?

I only just noticed if you right click on a word it gives you help options on how to spell...

How long has this been in windows ?

win8/8.1 has a spell checker integrated

Spell checkers can't save you from a correct word in the wrong place though
