They've agreed to 500 legal expenses im going to use they will pay for me to get some proper advice on it and what the law is

You're either lying or the worlds best paid apprentice earning over £75k a year, somehow I suspect the former is more likely.

We worked 3/4 a year at the very very best. Iv worked 18 weeks this year. Its been a terrible year!

I think he meant £1k a month, not a week.

Nope per week, Retainer rate is when im not working we get a much reduced rate of £6 per hour for 40 hours. When i work i do 60 hours at 15 per hour then i get my uplift for working away at a set rate of 225/week and then i get my per deim on top of that at 20 + Any expenses i incur.

Clearing 1000 a week almost every week i work.

This.. We don't work often enough to actually be too highly paid. Last year (jan-december) i cleared 31 thousand in the bank but this years been terrible for work were im just over 20 thousand and now this redundancy. For apprentices we did well but we did that well because work was very few and far between. We get retainer whilst not at work at 6 pound an hour for 40 hours a week. So when you look at it we don't get any more than an average wage. Fully qualified in our company them figures go from 15 per hour to 22.50 per hour and above dependant on if your chargehand etc.

Anyone who calls bull can feel free i know what my wages are and what i have shows for that. I was only asking for serious advice on the situation thanks.
 
I'll go back to being an apprentice for a grand a week. :D
Think they might frown on a forty year old turning up for that job though :D
