Victory!

I was just playing on Redshire
I used my Tortoise to push a Pershing off the hill because he shouldn't of been camping there.
He proceeded to shooting me in the back repeatedly. I didn't stop him.
Eventually (and about 1700 damage later) he turned blue.
All the other TDs turned on him and he died very fast.

Trollololol :D

Oh and we still won!

A bit harsh! Most Pershings I come across are snipers (although most hull down), don't they have good view range?

I agree it may have been a bit harsh, Pershings are OK snipers, but Tortoises are much better at it (as are other TDs) so they should take precedence over the sniping spots. Mediums should be going and spotting for them really...

Even more so that it was a Tier 9 (or 10?) game. A Pershing without premium is probably not going to do much to Tier 9 heavies frontally at a significant distance.

Pushing team mates out for sniping, camping is bad form, I ******** hate it when other players push me out for sniping or being in "their" spot on the map. Childish behavour and should be reported for pushing out a team mate. No excuses.

If they are doing something you consider not to be very beneficial, just tell them in chat, swear whatever - then move on with the game. No need for shooting, pushing or anything which damages their tank.

no-1-dave. Please don't push people out. Play the game your way, ask people to move, explain why, but please don't bully them.

There is a reason that pushing out is a ban-able offence.

LOL
It was justified.
When you have 5 TDs on the team any medium or heavy that camps on that hill on the Redshire map needs to be pushed off to teach them they shouldn't be there. If they want to troll the team by camping there, then I will troll them by pushing them off. It doesn't happen often, I dont often find myself as a TD playing that map. I usually have to resort to swearing at them because they are camping and I need support. They should be supporting either the left or right flanks. When the meds and heavies camp on that hill the team loses 9 out of 10 times.

- Being able to abuse people when the display mod shows what shell type they hit you with

Add that to the list of things that irritate me about extended information displays.

Had to look it up myself when an artillery on low health died to a HESH shell and decided to hit the keyboard in a tantrum about it.

Speaking of mods, which ones are you guys using? (Also, I keep seeing a mod that highlights tanks' weakspots with different colours; is that allowed?)

I use aslains xvm mod with changed config as the markers above tanks are a bit much, also session stats with coloured messages and tank carousel. I also use the historical gun sounds pack and the jingles voice pack.

I'm not home atm but I can give you a link to all of them or a copy of my mods folder if you want?

Sorry, I still disagree. It's a random battle, you are not in charge. It is not up to you to push people around.

I have been pushed out a scout by a med 'cos I should be scouting'. The fact that 2 scouts had already gone off to scout was lost on him. By waiting 2 minutes I was able to hunt down the ELC that came in on our arty AND then go off a spot.

Maybe the pershing was being an idiot, but you are not the judge and jury.

Now, I've TKed, a T50 was sitting in front of me, I moved, he moved back in front he then started firing at me and I lost my temper. But I shouldn't have done it.

Random battles are just that, but telling people what to do rarely works. "I'm taking the hill, who is coming to help me ?" gets much more support than "We must take the hill, all meds to hill".

The pershing driver was probably an idiot, but all you taught him is that pushing people out is OK. If the better players are polite, people will learn from them far more effectively.

There is no justified about it, he hadn't team killed, had done you no harm, he hadn't rammed you blocked you or anything, it seems as if you have just decided to push him off a cliff, because you were bored, and he was in a specific bush you either wanted to use or didnt want him in.

you sound like one of those 12 year old kids that whines because he doesnt get the spot he wants and starts calling the team noobs when he has died but the team is still winning.

By all means calling him a window licking retard in chat, but dont ruin the game for him and act like a child.
