Are Amazon pre-orders changing now?

I've heard they'll be charging/processing from the 27th onwards, but it also seems to depend on which delivery option you picked as First Class gets dispatched days in advance, while Expedited is the day before.

Edit: Nevermind, thought you said charging, not changing :p Did you change any details like your address or payment method?

No not made any alterations, I made this order late in the game though, as I cancelled my original 'consoles only' order a while back. The gamer pack tempted be back to pre-ordering. I think if I miss this Friday delivery will be impossible to get one from anywhere else lol. I'll wait until 27th/28th and then think about looking elsewhere as a backup if nothing has happened by then..
 
For those with Amazon preorders, I'd do the same as some of us here and just buy electronic vouchers to the value of the outstanding balance of the preorder before release day. This means you won't get a nasty surprise like declined payment, which seems to be what has happened for some people who've had their payment cards expire between ordering and release day.
 
All consoles from Amazon will be sent by courier and are being sent Thursday. If you do not have a delivery date on your order it is unlikely you will receive on the 29th.

I have had a vita for a while and literally not played it for months, only reason i havent sold it on is i wanted to try remote play. if its not lag free within my home network ill move it on then, but if its identical to playing on the ps4 then i may hold on to it for when the gf wants to watch something or i need a poo ;)

Apparently, they are charging cards right up to Thursday morning. My order was actually cancelled, but I still managed to sort it out with them.

You can try their webchat, but it's a bugger to get through to someone atm.

Incidentally, this is last time I will order from Game. The sheer fact that it is now officially impossible to speak to someone unless they ring you, is utterly preposterous.

I had it with ShopTo from like July but thought they were taking the mick with their £15 extra and switched to Amazon earlier October.

I didn't think it would come before release, but expected it before Christmas and then i literally just got this.
