***The Official Battlefield 4 Thread***

I've played a few games of this on the xbox one now, i had forgotten how much better 64 player conquest games are!

I used to play 1942 (+desert combat) and BF2 on PC, then moved on to the 360 and never went back to PC gaming.

The prison map is total chaos with 64 people :D

I just need to stay off Forza long enough to rank up on BF4 and learn the maps.
 
Game has been weird for me, no patch for the PS3 yet I've had no crashes for about 3 days, hours of gametime put in! The more I learn the maps the more I love this game, 32 player was my personal fave on BF2 on pc, and BF4 works so well with 24 players, so I'm in no hurry to get a next gen console.

I had one crash last night on the end of round ribbon n awards screen. Other than that the game hasn't crashed this end either.

Time to quit BF4 I think. After 2 games I actually have a positive K/d ratio :)

Must admit, the little multiplayer I've played has been hugely impressive.
 
Not too fused about the scope, the M1911 is good enough without. I'm more interested in unlocking the last .45 pistol, it's name escapes me.
 
Anyone having a problem its not saving your game in the single player campaign on xbox one its doing my head in having to start from the beginning.
 
Can't get a good game in, no one is working as a squad at all. I'm also playing like crap, seems to handle much differently to BF3.

How do you bail out of a vehicle/helicopter? and how do activate counter measures? I managed to set up my heli and jet controls like BF3 which was nice!
 
Useless buggy piece of ****. Three times it's corrupted my single player save game - THREE! Not forgetting the time it just lost it - disappeared as though I'd never started.

I gave up on the multiplayer because of the constant crashes or sounds loss - thought I'd get the single player done until the patch... nope. They can't even handle that.

Never in my life have I seen such a unstable game. Wont be getting any of the DLC for this game, even if they fix it completely, I just don't want to give them any more money. BF5 is pretty unlikely too. Someone said the sound loss bug was also in BF3 - so DICE clearly can't be bothered to fix their code, they'd just rather rush out DLC. Can't seeing them bother for BF5.
