*** Official Nintendo Wii U thread ***

Really pleased I caved and bought my Wii U Mario + Luigi Bundle last week for £199 :D

I'm holding out for a sub £35 Super Mario 3D World, but if I don't find one by Wednesday I'll cave again and pay whatever!!!
 
I got the Super Mario + Luigi premium pack, Wind Waker HD and Super Mario 3D World (pre-order) for £300 :D

It's a crying shame that the new Wii on the Gamepad update doesn't let you use the Gamepad as a pro controller. If it did it'd be absolutely amazing, I really hope they allow it as it makes too much sense.

Welcome to the family :p that's a pretty terrific deal to be honest! Loads of gaming in that and all great titles!

It would make so much sense however it would mean recoding the games to work that way and to remove the need for motion controls. Who knows...maybe they'll attempt just that with a few of the titles but I wouldn't hold your breath on that one.

It would be nice if the gamepad was at least usable as a controller on games that supported the Classic Controller Pro.

It was from amazon, they had the mario+luigi pack going for £219.99 for a few days. I know Game were doing the same deal as well.
 
Currently on operation 003 on Wonderful 101, only a couple pure platinum medals so far but I'm definitely going to go for them on my 2nd playthrough.

Bought a Pro pad so I can co-op with my bro and man, best co-op. Is this what it feels like to be a fanboy!? :D

Also, 4 days till 3D world! I truly hope they get it to me on Friday. As long as it's DPD or somebody competent.

I have a similar temptation as I've got my older daughter a 3dxl with mariokart 7 and 3d land for Xmas - I need a secret go on it just to check it works ok :p

I heard you need to collect atleast 150 stars and complete atleast the first 8 worlds on 3d land just to ensure that the game is working as intended :D
