My preorder from Game was automatically cancelled because they couldn't take payment, there were funds in the account so no idea what happened. They called me to tell me this and that they could re-place the order however (and I forgot to ask at the time) I'm now unsure if that places me at the end of the queue or if I'll still get a launch day console. I'll be pretty annoyed if its the former. The webchat support service and phones are a joke at the moment, no chance of getting through
