Had to tell them to rearrange delivery for tomorrow when I have the day off to receive the delivery.

I got a shipping notice on Monday afternoon from shopto to say that it was packed and will be delivered from DPD on Friday (yay!).
When I go onto my shopto account you can click on the track here button, which then takes you through to the DPD site. However, when it does that DPD just say: Your search did not find any matching tracking. Please refine your search criteria.
Anyone else got this?

Game haven't taken the money for my order yet and still showing unshipped, not hopeful for tomorrow
My game order which they cancelled monday, managed to resolve Tuesday and they took my money and says shipped Wednesday (yesterday) so I do doubt you will get it

I really want a new console for these dark dingy winter nights. I really like the look of Xbox one but with the ps4 being cheaper and some reports of it having a slight advantage, without being biased, which should I go for
Depends which console has the games you want to play, as that is why you buy it, not to say "Yeah, but I have the most powerful console ever made", to then have no games on it you enjoy.
For me the PS4 has zero games I am interested in at launch (don't like Killzone as a franchise, and the indie offerings are just like arcade games, Resogun has 5 levels), whereas the Xbox One has the more full retail games I wanted to play (forza 5, Dead rising 3).
And before SCOcUK come wading in with all their tears crying foul, I am going to get a PS4 next year when there are games I want for it, I am not an Xbox fan boy, but a game fan boy.

There should be a rule, either XBOX or PS4... not both
What's even more annoying is that there's no cust service number to call so you are beholden to either webchat or email.
Email = 5 days to reply so of no reliable use in situations like this
Webchat = restricted this week to 11am-3pm and doesn't work during these hours anyway, doesn't always connect and when it does eventually connect, you're in a queue so long the page times out and you have to start all over again.

I'd say I prefer the xbone launch games, however I was only going to buy 1 next gen console and overall the PS4 exclusives won me over, 360 v ps3 the exclusive on 360 didn't interest me, and the ones that did I could get on PC anyway.
So make your choice based on the games, not the hardware.

basically, unless they miraculously call today and get my order shipped in time for tomorrow, i will never be using them again. I contacted them on monday asking them to take the money again as i'd called my bank to authorise it, and it's taken them three days to reply, and the reply ("today or tomorrow") is pretty damn flakey if you ask me
