OCUK's Saturday Delivery Option, Improved ?

The last 2 times I paid the extra for Saturday delivery it turned up the following Tuesday, Now I haven't opted for Saturday delivery in over 2 years, Has it gotten better or did I just waste £18 ?

Well if it doesn't turn up, they'll definitely refund you.

Shouldn't be the case though should it, I work in germany a lot and I order a lot of stuff in and I quite often pay for saturday delivery and it's always on time, Over here I just love the excuses these companies give *Not up to OCUK I know it's the actual delivery people* "Well there was a technical fault with <insert BS here> " OR my all time favorite "We called but you weren't in"

The delivery of stuff from OCUK has massively improved over last few years - real leaps and bounds. I have ordered Saturday delivery on a few occasions and not been let down. The GPS tracking stuff with precise slots really helps.

This would suggest that it's delivered via DPD. If that's the case, it's very likely to be a quick, reliable service. I'd have my doubts with most other couriers though.

A few times when I've ordered from here though it's never left the OCUK warehouse until it's a day late.

Mines always turned up on time, I make sure its in stock on every item before ordering and not had an issue

Unless OCUK work after 5PM to send stuff out and update the order status page it's not looking good for my Saturday delivery, Yet again :-/

I placed an order on Friday 1st of this month and paid for the Saturday delivery, order was delivered next morning as expected.

Also i have had order/delivery details updated later than the order 'cut-off' time too.

If you aint got an email from ocuk and from dpd by 8pm nope

Anything I've ordered for a saturday late on a thursday or friday morning has turned up on saturday but orders placed friday in the afternoon have been hit and miss if they make it on for saturday, not entirely suprising though if its a last minute order.

Been shipped WOOO first saturday delivery in 2 years thats been shipped on time ^_^
