Decorations day for me

Dec 1 is always the day I put the decorations up. Bacon sarnie in the morning, footie in the afternoon, decorations and a few beers this evening followed by a Chinese takeaway. Perfect.

What day do you put your decorations up. Bah humbug replies not accepted. We are officially in the xmas month now.

As a 24 year-old singleton, owning Christmas decorations is like sending Christmas cards - just a bit weird. Sorry!

anywhere between a week to a day before christmas and by decorations i mean unboxing the 25quid led ebay tree and putting it up in the corner of the lounge

We have just finished putting up our 4 Christmas trees, plus lots of little ones scattered throughout the house

The rest of the decorations around the house windows and door, will most likely be next weekend, around the 8th.

nope, were at it now, its an all day event, that pretty much covers the inside of the house in TAT, starts as fun, ends in stress

Hehe, this is exactly why ours consisted of two small battery powered trees, one in each of the kids rooms

Up a few days before christmas because by that time we feel we ought to, and it gives us a place to put christmas presents without tripping over them. Down some time near the end of January with the excuse that its because the cat loves to sit under it but really because we just cant be bothered to put it away
