If its the corsair rm850 that's on sale.. beware. It's likely one from the faulty batch with the broken OTP protection

Corsair say it only happens in high ambient but theres been reports of it happening at normal room temperature. If your system causes the psu to run at moderate load (stressed but not enough to engage the fan) then it will shut down eventually due to overheating.
For a 100 pound budget I'd recommend the Seasonic G-750.
