Not fit, just barely fit or fits fine?

I have a corsair 200r and about to install a coolmaster hyper 412s (160mm height) onto a AMD FX8320 on a Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0. I was wondering am I going to run into any trouble getting this into my case?

The corsair 200r apparently supports cpu coolers up to 160mm but I would love if someone could confirm they could fit this cooler into a crosair 200r.

Try it, and then put the side panel on, might be tight, but fine.

Guess that is the only thing I can do, will give it a go tonight and report my findings.

It might just touch the edge, I got a Silver arrow SB-E (165mm) and fitted it into a cooler master elite (163mm) it did touch the panal a bit, so I dremelled a couple of mm off the end, it still just about touches, but I'm happy with it.

I think you might just get away with it

I would think the "up to 160mm" would allow for clearance between the top of the cooler and the side panel. So I would say you will be fine.

If it touches, you'll probably get a bit of noise from the fan vibration.

If you get some noise from the fan vibration, you can get 2mm thick neoprene foam and attach it above the cooler, where it will be touching the case. It should dampen some vibrations and noise.
Or get a lower cooler

In the video they are using a Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler and that fits.

Just for reference I dont get any noise from mine.
