Any Three customers got their 4G yet?

I'd be interested to hear what sort of speeds their actually getting.

However, i believe it was on their site, but it will be sporadic coverage and not all people in London will receive it...yet.

I think Swindon is set for Jan/Feb :)

Unfortunately I have a Nexus 4 at the mo!! :(

(though I do love my phone! :D )

I was just about to ask the same thing... Especially seen as though my work phone (VF 4G) is now faster than my personal phone. :'(

A few sites have mentioned it in the past 24hrs, so hopefully soon.

I got a feeling I won't see it for while even though I'm in London.

i.e. super slow roll out with a December date just to get publicity.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

Agreed judging by the tone of that article, however I used to have a gf from Sri Lanka and was able to text her about the free roaming mentioned at the bottom of the article, lots of folk on ocuk seem to travel to the US so they should be happy too.

I thought it's only available to carefully selected "white-listed" customers for now, to help them beta test it? (E.g. you will have been told you can experience 4G, rather than expect it out the blue)

Anyway, it should be out for everyone by end of Feb. Three months to wait :(.

its funny that even though three are late to the game they will be the first in my area (where i work) but for where i live.. decades away :p

interestingly my 4S got a carrier update on Three this morning (not that the 4S supports 4G). might be a sign of updates for 4G being rolled out?

Three said it aims to give 50 cities 4G coverage by the end of next year and 98 percent of the population by the end of 2015.

And I live in the country so probably won't see it til 2015. Hopefully 4G coverage is better than 3G as 3 & T-Mobile are only operators that I can get 3G on around here. With O2 I get it some times and with Voda I'm lucky if I get EDGE

I have the same setting too with 4G enabled - i guess it will work when we are in a 4G enabled area! - currently in Wembley and still says 3G!
