i think i'm going to stay away from COD until after the yearly update is released then pick up the old one for like £6 on ebay, refuse to pay £50 for the same crap rehashed every year.

Yeah, I gave it a go and I prefer CoD. I don't really want to get BF4 on console since I have it on PC.

Haven't played CoD since Black Ops so I don't mind buying ghosts for a bit of run n gun.

I finished Knack yesterday and quite enjoyed it. It's old school in that it's linear and can be painfully difficult, but it's reasonably long and provides a severe challenge for any difficulty masochists.

That being said, I'm going to sell it to CEX, as I've no desire to play through again on the higher difficulties and can get 32 quid for it currently.

I thought some (p)reviews had said ths was a little too easy?
I have it, yet to start as having too much fun with KZ, NFS & Contrast, but......:eek:
 
I wonder if we'll still be getting the free games as in like the quality of titles we rec'd if a subscriber on PS3 PS+, given its really now a necessity, rather than a luxury.

They've taken a note out of Microsoft's book there. Essentially locking down the console, unless you're on PS+ or Xbox Live.

I'm a subscriber so not the end of the world for me. I like looking forward to seeing what free games i'm getting every month.
 
Managed to get hold of a PS4. One of my friends knew somebody that was selling one.
Got the mega bundle with 2 controls pads, Killzone and a camera for £500. Gonna sell the camera and extra pad. Quite chuffed really!

Nothing much to do now on the ps4 since i finished resogun and killzone lol.
The downside of only having one game i guess. Don't really fancy paying over £50 for knack or NBA.

They may have played through on easy to get through the game and meet a deadline. It doesn't get progressively harder I don't think, but some sections on normal difficulty I guarantee will have to be attempted many times.

Harder difficulties are instagib pretty much.

A change of circumstances has meant I can grab the ps4, however as I didn't pre order I'm in the same position. Getting very bored of the stock game and I'm not being ridiculous and driving to Doncaster to pick up a ps4 with knack (which I don't want)

The impulse purchase side of it is quickly waning for me now....
 
I would drive a good 100 miles from stoke for a retail price ps4.. I've been everywhere in Stoke tonight and everywhere is out of stock :S I even asked for stock checks at other branches but the staff were very reluctant to help :(
