I don't think so. I believe if it starts 801 then it's not unlockable.

My Powercolor 29 OC flashed to a 290X.

Flash it and you'll find out, it only takes about 90 secs to flash.

Anything but F800.... results in presence of disabled cores.

Even if you don't get the extra cores, you still get higher clocks / unlocked voltage, so its win/win

Thats a locked card but worth flashing anyway for the unlocked voltage
