Bias I may be, but surely an Impreza is the winner if we are talking performance per buck.

Hmmm. Definition of bang is up for debate, but surely power, spec, price when new, etc are near the top of the list when you say bang for buck? I mean if you want to be sensible you say what's the most practical car I can get for 1500 quid, or something.

That S500 is amazing, that rear whine will just be the diff which is cheap to repair.
