Need help with a new build ~£800!

Hi :) Looking to get a new computer for my brother this Christmas with a budget around £800. This does not include a case or Windows 7 as I already have them!
I'd preferably choose intel and nvidia, but i'm not too bothered about the graphics card.

I'm currently looking at this:

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - OEM
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming Series Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard(?)
EVGA 600W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply(?)
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo CPU Cooler (?)
OcUK 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM
RAM(?)
GPU(?)
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache - OEM

I'm not too sure about the ones with the ? next to it, recommend me something!

you can buy Fractal Define R4 for not much more (got mine for £65, new, delivered) and that is a better case in terms of sound dampening.

Can you trust me some details on where you got that, that's a good £15 saving over the typical price.
 
You have your trust set up already kefan, so it's just a matter of bringing up the trust window as Cliesthenes explained, then clicking that "Click to send a message" button for the applicable user.

Don't forget to send me a message to, would really appreciate some info on where to source the R4 at that price, as i'm planning an R4 based build in the new year.
