People are beating the reservation codes, it's not hard to figure them out and take someone else's reservation.

If you looked into it, you would find the XB1 controllers are having far more problems with stuck shoulder buttons, clicky buttons etc

The 360 controller was the ultimate for me, but ergonomically speaking the DS4 has become my favourite. Only after 2-4 hour sessions I realise my hands don't hurt and know it is the best shape.

Battery life is pretty bad when you plug in for audio though, glad I bought a headset. Just need to get Bluetooth support and we've got a decent controller battery life.

Ah right, to be fair i've not really looked into nor read up much about the XB1 controllers, I was basing my experiences on the 360 controllers. Hopefully they'll be revised in the future, otherwise I can see them costing me a small fortune

Received my pre-ordered launch day PS4 and game no problem. ASDA Direct are fine IMO, had things from them in the past too without any issues.

Although I do question their billing system, even if on 2 separate occasions their ****-up has actually worked in my favour

I got my £20 PS4 pre-order voucher refunded as they thought I hadn't used it when in fact I had (resulting in a PS4 Killzone bundle for ~£360), and I pre-ordered GTA5 from them but cancelled. Received a refund...and GTA5 on release day still

Just tried to buy a PS4 bundle from Asda and my credit card failed to authorize (probably due to the large amount). So I have called my bank and got them to clear it and tried to put through the purchase again on Asda website and i'm being bounced as they think i'm trying to buy more than one console.

My search for a PS4 continues on..................

Asda direct do not take phone orders

So I tried using my wife's name, my Paypal account and then had a reality check before putting it through.

To buy from Asda who might not have the stock by the time my payment goes through, then to have it delivered to my local Collect+ shop and using Paypal? Something is going to go wrong here so i'm going to wait until Argos get stock.

So should still be OK now.

Seems the long platform maintenance periods have carried over to the PS4 :/

Well I'm glad to report my PS4 player edition bundle (Gamer pack to you and me) arrived via DPD earlier this morning at work. Will thoroughly look forward to having a blast on it tonight, fingers crossed it's not DOA. It comes with KZ, and have bought BF4 & AC BF, as well as the freebies on PSN with PS+.

You do realise that PSN doesnt only serve the PS4, so why would maintenance be magically different?

Great deal, but good luck in actually getting it. Showed as in stock for me right until pressing checkout then showed as unavailable.
