If it's listed on OcUK product page, then it is OcUK's responsibility to sort this out for you.

You should try dropping a message on the customer support section of the forum...many times I've seen people getting better support there than over the phone (ridiculous as it sound).

as I said in my original post ocuk have been really helpful in this its gigabytes attitude to there customers whats got me ie go and buy it individually I will never buy anything else from gigabyte if this is there attitude

I think you are missing my point. From what I read, if it wasn't Gigabyte who's offering the free game but is OcUK, then are you surprised that they would tell you to go buy the game yourself? It's not really "attitude", but a rather normal response if Gigabyte did not offer the game themselves.

From my knowledge, OcUK sell the AMD 200 series cards with and without BF4 bundle with them, and the ones that do would cost around £5~£20 more than the one don't...so whether or not the games are bundled with cards, it is down to the control and management of OcUK.

Bottomline is you purchased the card from OcUK with the BF4 listed as part of the deal, then the contract is between you and OcUK. Regardless of how polite they responded to your issue, it doesn't change the fact that it should be their responsibility to get you the BF4 code, since they to deliver what you ordered.

I was told the card comes in the graphic card box from gigabyte
Like I said...try asking in the customer support forum. It's been a few times that I read the staff on the phone support are not as well-informed as the ones doing support over on the forum. If you can get hold of 5UB, it is almost guaranteed that the issue would be resolved for you...but not sure if he's at the UK office at the moment.

I received my Gigabyte 280x from OCUK last week. My game code was in the main packaging box, not the GPU box.
Sounds like OCUK have forgotten to include it

Same, mine was an A5ish card included loose on top of the graphics card box.

It had a scratch card strip on it, which when scratched had a code I had to enter into an AMD site to redeem the actual BF4 Origin code.

Hi there

Drop a post in CS with your order number, Gigabyte have caused a little confusion with 270X's as some shipped with and some without. They are shipping vouchers to us to cover it, which will arrive next week.

So drop a post in CS and then bump it next week and we should be able to reply with a code for you. :)
