Do you get an Xmas bonus?

Yes, circa 10k

Tax man will probably get all of it though because I've been rather slack this year with my tax returns, or lack thereof :(

my bad :o

No direct Christmas bonus, but get pay reviews in October so my 10% pay rise is like a bonus.

Also get a paid for night out.

No Xmas bonus and we were told last week that 12% of us will be sacked when we get back from the holidays in January. Going to be a touch worrying given house purchase going through but given I'm only on an intermediate pay grade I'm hoping I'll survive.

And your employer thought it was a good idea to let everyone sweat over the holidays? I feel the urge to test the forum swear filter...

Never had a Christmas bonus since starting work 14 years ago, in any of my jobs :(

Don't get paid until after Christmas in December, work longer hours, only get Xmas day and Boxing day off and to top it all off I've just had to take three days off with rotator cuff damage in my shoulder. And I don't get sick pay..

Oh, I did have the offer of going to a meal which would've had £15 paid for, but it would've meant a 600 mile round trip drive and accommodation at my own expense. Somehow that's not worth it :p

Depending on company performance/sales. Been here 3 years and only had 1 before (£100) and doubt we'll get one this year...

(Horticulture wholesale plant growing & sales all hit hard by bad weather and recession).

Then again got a good company pension and health care scheme so can't complain! ;)

£15 on the Christmas meal

£25 Turkey voucher if there is no damage to the van I use. I've got a dent in mine so no voucher for me :(

Wish we got performance related pay, I'd get a nice bonus then :(
