My friend has £400 to spend on a gaming computer to play games such as Skyrim, Call Of Duty and others on his 32" TV, this is the spec I made for him, any changes I should make for him?

He will only be able to play his games at the lowest resolution and fps with onboard graphics you really need a good card if he wants to play well.

if it was my build, I'd get FX6300 and 2nd hand HD7850.

Well what if he doesn't want to go secondhand? Some people dont.

And also he won't be able to fit it in a prodigy.. And if thats what he wants you'll have to go intel or Trinity/richland.

I would even discount the prodigy M, as AM3 mATX motherboards are just plain awful.

I think its a good spec for the money.

Well there are videos of it playing Bf4 on Medium settings and it looking pretty darn decent..

For the money what do you expect.. Even £400 CPU's/GPU's struggle with BF4.

OCZ are bankrupt so no idea how the warrenty works for the psu
Have to admite would not be keen on second hand unless factory refurb

Can't figure out how to post the basket like in the first post with pictures etc, but if you don't mind bumping up to mATX, can free up some room in your budget:

1 x AMD A10-6800K Black Edition 4.10GHz (Socket FM2) APU Richland Quad Core Processor (AD680KWOHLBOX) £109.99
1 x Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H AMD A88X Chipset (Socket FM2+) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard £59.99
1 x BitFenix Prodigy M MATX Cube Case - Midnight Black £64.95
1 x TeamGroup Vulcan ORANGE 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit (TLAD38G2400HC11CDC01) £55.99
1 x Corsair Builder Series CX 430w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply £37.99
1 x BitFenix Spectre 230mm Fan - Black £11.78
1 x BitFenix Spectre 140mm Fan - Black £7.99

Total: £348.73

Or alternatively, drop the APU, and get this combo:

1 x AMD Athlon X4 750K Black Edition 3.40GHz (Socket FM2) Trinity Quad Core Processor £59.99
1 x KFA2 GeForce GTX 650Ti EX OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £99.95

Brings the total to £398.68

Might be worth adding an optical drive though, unless you have one kicking around
