Will be overclocking, and yea, I know less is more, but, I realy want to fill up all the ram slots for aesthetic reasons

The 4930K is quad channel, so you'll get better performance and stability with 4 sticks. What mobo have you got? I'd buy these personally:

I can recomend the ram in my sig, will cost you upto £300 for 32gb, rated at 2400mhz cl10, will tune to a tight cl9 @2400, google's your friend
