I only have options for: PG, 13 and 18. No option to turn it off. where do I turn if off?

18 option is best.

Yes, you can do either of these on the Sky Broadband Shield settings page in My Sky. We recommend that rather than turning it off, you change the setting to 18. This means you can access sites suitable for adults while still being protected from malicious or phishing websites.

I know, its just the principle of it. There is an option somewhere to turn it off completly. Thats what I'm after.

Should be at the bottom of the page. You might have to select 18+ first for it to show though.

Its just a little grey button.
