Nice apartment etc, but its like a student accommodation. You know where there are about 6 apartments all in a row and if your are ragging a girl like only a Roman Warrior could then both of your next doors are going to hear it cos your bed is against the wall and the apartment is narrow

And u will definitely see your neighbour.

Very modern also. Like all new builds they have no soul. I think I prefer my current apartment but its 80m2 and 750 a month

I could get this student like one for 450, its 50m2

Is the extra 300 worth the guaranteed no awkward moments for when I am trying to find a wife and I have to perform with no stresses in my mind?

I'm 24, so hardly over the hill, but for the sake of £300 unless it will make a massive difference elsewhere, probably isn't worth the worst case scenario neighbours imho.

Well when I have sex I want to be free of distractions, I dont want to be holding back or something cos she might make too much noise or something might fall over and smash and everyone will hear it
 
Good at sex with them, got you. Do you have many wife targets lined up? Perhaps you could get their view of your cheaper, smaller, more studenty accomodation and give you a rating (perhaps out of ten) on how they see it from a sexual angle? This will quickly whittle out those bad sex havers and allow you to focus on wifing one of the remaining lucky ladies.

What do you think?

If your neighbour is a guy he'll know you're a stud and you'll get a nod of approval and a thumbs up. If it's a girl, she'll know you're a stud and probably drag you into her apartment to try out the goods.

This could only be a problem if you're not a stud...
 
I had an amazing time living in student apartments. My room became the 24/7 poker/drinking/smoking place, and the huge fights with my fundamentalist Christian flatmate were just an added bonus. We shot down his project to use university buildings as a venue to preach about homosexuality being a curable disease, but he still brought us sandwiches during late night poker sessions. Result.

That said, I was 19, and probably wouldn't want to do it again now at 26. However, for a difference of £300, I'd certainly be considering it.
 
I went back to uni at 22 (24 now) and even then I felt well past student halls. If you have your own kitchen and bathroom it might not be too bad but there was no chance I was sharing a kitchen and bog with a group of 18 year old who are moving out for the first time.

I could only live in a student accommodation short term. it may seem like it comes with all sorts of unspecified benefits. But as 30 year old male trying to get in there with my 21 year old neighbours, might not be as effective as i would like to hope. You could probably get a better place house sharing and spending £600 including bills and still get some university students to house share with.
