Asus HD 7970 Matrix Platinum - Issue

Hi all,

Purchased the Asus HD 7970 Matrix Platinum in October from OCUK. Correct drivers are installed and it is set to factory settings.

I have been experiencing an issue with the card where it displays multicolored lines across the screen. It also artifacts every so often during games.

Would I be able to return this GPU to OCUK for a exchange if it was faulty?

I had a black and grey screen a couple of nights ago, as well as some freezing, so I'll be keeping a close eye on mine over the next few days. I don't think I've had any artifacting in game yet.

Do you get flickering in desktop?

I don't think it flickers on the desktop. Will contact OcUK tomorrow.

Have you tried raising voltages a bit in GPU Tweak to see if that gets rid of the issue?

Regardless, it's faulty so get it sent back/replaced.

No, I don't want to raise the volatage as It should be capable of doing this OC with plenty more headroom. If it can't handle the stock OC then damn.
