Pub fires head chef but forgets he still had access to their Twitter account

Wonder what their side of the story is.

Generally if your gonna work a job like that you should do so accepting the fact that except in extraordinary circumstances you shouldn't expect (extra) time off around busy periods especially in the run upto christmas.
 
I feel like I'm missing some story. But if it isn't in the contract and he had holiday left then surely this is dishonourable discharge?

Dishonorable discharge? Does he work in the military?

And ultimately he kept quiet and was in on the whole affair while it suited him.

Yeah I don't really have any sympathy assuming the whole debacle is true.
