Just forget about her, seriously. The fact she isn't interested in you should be a compliment if she only dates scumbags as you say...
 
Either do her, her Sister or her Friend (I would have said Mum, but don't go there..its messy)...if you get three strikes (highly likely it would appear) then move on to someone ugly, 'cos you need to lower your expectations...(highly probable)

Still, you will have a load of pictures to entertain yourself with (if she shows up and her "lowlife" boyfriend doesn't find out you are taking photos of his bird).

Just stop it, its never gone anywhere before why would you believe things might have changed?
Take the pics then buy an inflatable look alike.
