Nah the point of the next gen consoles was 64 players, the same full res textures as the PC, and 60 fps. Its light years ahead of BF4 on the 360 / PS3. But it was never going to be able to match the very best that the PC has to offer.
Yeah just gone down..... Again. Good job we are not paying for this.. Oh wait.....
Really they should have tried to fix the problem instead of getting rid of that feature. The method they have in this game is just retarded.

Decided to give rush a proper go tonight and had an awesome time, will definetly be playing that tomorrow night. Really good team and squad work, I think I got lucky with my squad. Sounds like Frodders did too

Is there some kind of decent alternative they've provided then? I pretty-much only ever play BF when my friend is online so if we can't even ensure we're in the same server (on the same side) then there's really no point.
Here here! What a joke, playing against my friends each time on the same server...great.
Their alternative is for one person to join a game and then everybody else has to rush and join the same game and hope that:
1) The game doesn't fill up before everybody joins.
2) You all get on the same team.
Most of the time you end up on different teams. It's a ridiculous system and really spoils the whole team work aspect of this game. As I said before DICE should have tried to fix the squad issue from BF3 instead of just dumping it because they couldn't be arsed.
Well that's disappointing, one less reason to get a PS4 and BF4 anytime soon then. It was bad enough when they started slashing the number official servers available in BF3, meaning you're left having to join private servers and be at the mercy of admins who'll move you from one team to the other (despite you being in a squad) or just ban you outright for whatever reason they please.
The state they released the game in put me off somewhat in the first place.

I was playing the single player campaign again last night... For the second time as my first play through got corrupted and was lost. What do you know... It's happened again, and on the same mission (Tashgar).
I seem to remember a crash to desktop the last time this happened but everything ran very smoothly this time with no problems at all
It's not the best single player game out there and the story is a bit **** but despite this I was enjoying it...

still can't join a game yet keeps sending me the premium purchase page, its a joke really you preorder a game for the dlc and still can't play it for 2 weeks ..... whats the ****** point of pre ordering it
