Spouting some groundless percentages isn't backing up your statement.
Well the percentages are from MoJ publications. But this is not a UK phenomenon, it's one mirrored throughout the Western world. This doesn't mean there is a correlation between race and crime and I never claimed there was. But it's absolutely true that minorities are more prone to crime.
Now there are many arguments for why that might be the case (poverty, exclusion, racism) but it doesn't change the fact it's true. So if I was picking a neighbourhood to live in, I'd absolutely want to be in a ethnic majority area.
I think in Europe especially, ethnic minorities are a far bigger issue than they are in the US, as here they are less likely to integrate. We don't have a melting pot situation which only exasperates the alleged causes of this higher crime rate and anti-social behaviour.
