Do you diet over Christmas?

Having a little time off a strict eating plan isn't going to do you any harm.

That said, I'm not a big drinker so I won't be drinking lots, but I won't worry too much about what I eat, but at the same time I won't go mad either.

If you can enjoy yourself from time to time, and yet not stay in good shape you've got bigger things to worry about than just diet!

Eat and drink lots :D

Bit of running including Christmas Eve and Boxing Day - would do the Christmas Day Parkrun if we didn't need to head in the opposite direction to visit my Mum.

Will be a little more careful this year than I have before, but I won't be dieting as much as I have been. Will still be going to the gym as often as I can though!

Not over xmas, but il be avoiding choc etc as much as possible.
I weigh 107kg at the moment, a year ago I weighed about 80. Most is muscle but I do need to reducd my BF a little bit come january..and try and get to about 100kg.

Other than a tipple with Christmas lunch I don't drink. I don't eat too much, have a race (with the Brownlee brothers!) on boxing day and I'll be cycling. Business as usual :).

Nope, I've already put on about 4kg since the start of December so might aswell aim for an even 10kg.

I've dropped a few lbs purposefully so I can enjoy all that Christmas brings without dropping dead when I step on the scales (or just try walking up the stairs) in the new year :D

I've tried, but to no avail. Been on 1500kcal/day all of December, but Friday & Saturday nights our drinking = massive surplus over a week. FML.

I diet all year, Christmas is time for eating and not feeling ANY guilt. Massive SPLURGE as I have 5 months of very strict dieting ahead up until May.

FACT: Those who have looked after their metabolisms and stayed lean all year will benefit from that during the Christmas festivities!
