So i bought a new computer today and it runs great, windows seems fine and everything seems to be running ok but when i turn it on all the fans inside do not spin and on the bios it just says N/A on the fans, anyone know why this might be happening?

Also the fans at the top for my closed loop watercooling have a flickering LED and there's a noise coming from the computer like a loud buzzing noise

Please help :)

PC:

Asus Z87 SABERTOOTH Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
2x 256GB Samsung Pro SSD's
I7 4770K
GTX780TI Windforce

First: how are the fans connected to the PSU/motherboard?

Second: where exactly is the buzzing noise coming from?

Not sure about the first question because i bought the computer pre-built and the noise sounds like it's coming from the closed loop radiator at the top of the case

The noise could just be coming from the pump, which would be quite normal. What brand/model is it?

Follow the cables coming from your fans, see where they go.

If no fan is spinning at all and there is a loud buzzing then something is very wrong... Power down immediately and check that everything is properly seated(hardware) and connected (cables)... You don't want to risk damaging such expensive components...

When i turn the computer on, there is a red light on one of the connections to the motherboard at the side behind where the GFX card sits, could this be the problem?

Have a look in your mobo manual. There should be some diagrams showing you where the fans connect and where the leds are and what they are for.
