Just moved and did a speedster as I noticed my app updates seemed to steam through at an amazing speed, here are my results;

Checked a few times and it's the same, wonder how quick the 4G speeds will be haha...

Nice, but consistency is key. a lot of place have average 1-8Meg speeds.

I am lucky to get 1mb on three h+ in Lancaster but I've seen it hit 12mb before but no higher

Nice speeds there, but as kona said consistency is key. I get about 20Mbps at work but 8Mbps at home, not that I'm complaining though

Beside my bedroom window and outside here gets 700KB/s upto 2MB/s. Very happy with it, especially downloading from Steam through it!

Jesus, if I had those speeds I'd never need BT Broadband. I get about 3Mbps which is about the same as my home ADSL, but it 'feels' less responsive so ADSL still wins.

Yeah it's madness, my old home was a steady 11Mbps. Here though it's a different league haha!! Very very quick.

Samsung Galaxy S4 and a Sony Experia SP

The S4 gets slightly faster speeds, I have a 64GB mSD card and I can fill it in a night haha!!! Who needs home BB

I get around 20mb at home, although at work I struggle to get 0.5mb on H/H+

My home internet is 100x slower than that download and about 20x slower upload. It's not even that rural here

Just got a payg sim to test before getting one plan. But I can't see a way of topping up under £10, do i really have to top up £10 to test.

I always think ^^ this when folk suggest getting a number of payg sims to check signal in "your" area.

I would have thought you could have topped up for £5 in which case it would have been fine, but £10

Yeah minimum is £10 on Three, could always keep it as a backup if you save the credit on it?

It's minimum £10 top up initially on 3. Once you have a card registered with My3 (£10 first time), you can then top up a fiver at a time. The 150mb free with each top up works with a fiver too.
