Fitting a safe, which bolts?

Fischer FSA Sleeve Anchors would be my choice if you have very good walls, other wise the other ones.

One thing I do suggest is using some additional large penny washers under the supplied washers, helps to reinforce things.

I'm not going to know how good they are until I drill it I guess. House is only 10 years old so would hope pretty good.

I did think about better washers, the holes in the back of the safe are around 15mm....

It all depends on what you are fixing it to block or brick - chemical fasteners tend to be the best.

I would also suggest that you carefully consider the location of the safe, obviously it is better if its hidden, but you should also try to limit the chances of hitting / prying from the wall.

£40  are they really as strong as the bolts I've listed?

That's a 100 pack - you'll be able to buy them individually from many places, I just linked to what was in my favourites. The problem with expanding anchors in breeze blocks (almost certainly what your walls are made of) is that they easily expand and compress the block and just blow it apart. These Rawl fixings expand along their entire length and can hold very well in a soft substrate.

Location is fine, backs on to main wall of house and hidden.....just need right bolts.
