After working in nightclubs for 12 years, the antics of drunks tends to put you off. I wasn't much of a drinker to start with and now I don't really touch the stuff. Oh, I'm Scottish too, not that it should make any sort of a difference.

Well that would probably be more difficult.
However, I'm not, and the OP hasn't stated he is either, so that's not really relevant?

i dont need a drink to have fun or be more interesting.
and when i drink on occasion it makes me tired and have a splitting headache, yay?
i seriously do not need it and feel bad for those who do.
