Honestly, I'd say the N5 is the better choice regardless of the price.
With the recent updates to the camera (fixing the slow focusing/opening) and speaker (fixing the low volume), there's not a single definite area where the N5 loses out to the S4. In most areas it's far ahead of the S4 (having owned both). Obviously removable storage/battery are the exceptions to this, but I'm assuming they're not vital to you, or you wouldn't be considering the N5 in the first place?
The screen is a bit subjective, some people really prefer one tech over the other (IPS/AMOLED), but both are amazing screens, and won't disappoint anybody!
Haven't tried the radio, as it's not something I ever really use. The MP3 playback seems fine, quality seems good and the volume is fine (more so since the update, as it used to be quite quiet).

Seems a fairly small thing to not bother including, but seems to be getting more common recently. The S4, and now the N5 both left the radio out.
I came from the GS2 and the only thing I miss is the dialer and contacts list. I am not keen on the way it's done on the Nexus, you have Contact list and People which can be confusing as both list can be different depending on how its set up in 'Contacts to display'
Apart from that now the camera and volume issues are fixed its a great phone and is certainly fast enough for me.

First impressions wow, quick!
I have made a **** up though, i was going to do a side by side comparison between this and my iphone 5s, but realized the only camera i have is on my 5s

Haha! They are a little too expensive for my liking mate, plus I really want 32gb of storage or more in a phone now!
I did have a look on smartfonestore at them though I must confess! Just fancy vanilla android! If the 5s was cheap second hand I may have stuck! But they just aren't!
