Everything is crossed.

The first job of LT will be to fine tune clock settings, voltage settings and case airflow to tame the heat and noise from the reference fan.

I enjoyed doing that with the 7990 immensely.

SLI 780 ftw. Blows away a 780Ti for not much more money.

If it's the HX 850 then yes. An adapter might be needed as I think the HX has 2 x 8 and 2 x 6 Pin cables.

yes they would run ok, but i wouldn't want to be overclocking

Be fine providing you're not going nuts and putting 450w+ bioses on them

I'm using a TX850, not had any problems. Even when highly OC. HX should be fine too.

really need to get one of those watt meter things to see what a [email protected] and a lightning @ 1.5v uses

My SLi 780's at 1150 and 4770k at 4.6Ghz was just over 600w full load.

I've no idea, I don't care enough to measure it. It only bothers me when I have issues, of which I have had none so far.

That's pretty impressive MOOG. I was expecting it to be a good bit more than that. For games id be running pretty mild oc's as wf cards in sli tend to get pretty hot as ive found. Besides my current one isn't a great clocker anyway.
