Gaming chair...ish

Hi guys, bit of a weird one not to sure if this should go in consoles or not but let's see!

Basically, look at the picture i've attached, the arrow shows where I sit when I game (Yes it's probably too close, but if I set right at the back of the bed, it's to far away for me to be "good")

Now, obviously my bed is in the way so a proper chair is out the question, but I can't keep sitting in that space cross legged, as it's taking it's toll on my knees/lower back! Any suggestions, like a chair with no legs?! ha

Yeah I know, there must be something out there though for this set up! I'm thinking of resorting to a bean bag or something?!

TV mounted on wall, chair just in front of bed? Will give almost the same distance?

Can you not spin the bed round, so that it is down the wall to the right of the photo? There's obviously enough space for you to stand there and take the photo...

Or, put the bed where the TV currently is, and remove the doors to that cupboard, and place your TV in there, which will gain you a few foot of space, and you can have a proper chair.

I could but then there wouldn't be much space, as that hole in the left of the picture is my stairs to downstairs as this is a loft conversion. I can see it being dangerous when people stay around.

I can't remove those doors as that's storage for the family and there is a boiler and stuff in there!

Have you thought about getting a legless chair?

They use these a lot in japan whilst sitting on the floor, at least it would give you some back support.

That'll never work on a bed. floor yes, bed no. Bean bad is the best bet!
