In simple terms:

There is one copy of a specific indecent image in the World. If you view this image or download it to your computer, then there are now 2 separate but identical copies (browser cache, in a folder etc) ergo, you have "made" this new image.

The 'experts' are supposed to know the difference between somebody unkowingly cacheing and actually 'making' the picture by putting it in a specific directory.

These allegations are possibly more shocking though as Rolf seems to generally come across as being a nice guy, whereas Jimmy was always a weirdo.

Seriously - sad if true as I loved Rolf as a kid (I know that is what this is about! lol) but if true - hang, draw and quarter as far as I'm concerned.

I try to do no wrong to people but sometimes I believe you have to make an example to show what is right and wrong. So many disrespectful idiots with shallow morals nowadays something has to change.

Rolf Harris denies 12 indecent assault charges

Veteran TV presenter Rolf Harris has pleaded not guilty to a series of indecent assault charges.

The 83-year-old of Bray, Berkshire, is accused of assaulting four girls between 1968 and 1986.

Mr Harris was remanded on bail at Southwark Crown Court ahead of his trial on 30 April.
