Corsair RMA

Yep a couple of times, I've used DHL via Parcel Monkey I think it was and not had any problems. They've always used UPS when returning stuff.
 
Oh no, just checked the account it they were by ParcelForce, £15-£20 the prices have ranged between. There is usually a code around giving some form of discount. Nope never had any issues.
 
I used interparcel and chose one with good insurance. I sent a PSU back. The whole experience was superb.
 
I once had to RMA a Steelseries mouse back to Denmark. Took a massive risk and sent it second class international. Only cost me a few quid. Luckily they received it, it would have been far to easy to bin it if they had wanted to.

Have also had to RMA some speakers back to Corsair in the Netherlands. Was a very pleasing experience as they did not stock the set that had broken and replaced them with the SP2500's, which were shipped from the USA.
 
NO issues with postage, sent it at the post office cost £17 i think. RMA service was fairly smooth if not a little long as it had to goto holland

but head over to the Corsair Customer Care Forum on OC3D guy over there called Grey_beard will take care of you and with postage if you ask.

M90 mouse failed and they sorted it both ways and ended up with a M95 in the end. Heres the thread on my problems with the M90. M90 Scroll Issues Thread

Vendor customer service is indeed something I would love to see on the OCUK forums.
