2014 - What are your resolutions and plans?

Going to Iceland! :D (the country not the frozen food place :p) always wanted to go there so really looking forward to it.

Also hoping to replace the car.

Should be starting a new job which should help facilitate these things as I will be on more money.

1. pay of the last 1k on my Barclaycard
2. use my aqua CC to bring my credit rating up ( young and credit caused massive debt )
3. start paying of a 15k loan which hasn't had a penny paid since 2010 ( swapped jobs and lost 1/3 of my weekly wage so couldn't afford to pay it, its as simple as that lol )
4. try and get some savings as ive never had any!
5. loose weight
6. buy new condenser dryer
7. new carpets upstairs & wallpaper

8. work , eat , sleep
9.repeat number 8 :D lol

Continue to not smoke cigarettes.

Lose a but of weight, with a very sporadic routine because of work (and ofcourse laziness), I've put on a bit if weight and have the highest bf% of my life. Only sat at around 13 stone @ 5'11 so it's not 'mega', but I wanna sort it out and have a bit more body confidence!!

Annoying considering 18 months ago I was 15.5 stone, hence, and benching 155kg! :p

Oh and buy a house! Over 3/4 of my deposit saved and should have it by April!

Join some sort of competitive squash league
Complete a 10k
Stop biting nails

Maybe replace the car, but its not a priority!

Should probably try and not reverse the weight loss from this year too!

Lots as I need to kick my arse out of this slump it currently resides in, though to be fair most of these are all very achievable:

1) ditch the whingey childish friends and go and visit those that I've lost contact with over the years and there are many. There's a few I was once very close to and it shocks me looking back on it how easily contact was lost.

2) Make more of an effort to see family, I often do the "I'll see them when I get round to it" but never do and after seeing a few distant relatives pass away I'd hate to have not spent the time I could have with those who are a lot closer.

3) got a few bits planned for the mito, so something for me to obsess about (apparently I need a topic to fixate on..... yeh I'm odd)

4) Do something for someone that isn't me, so charity work or volunteering or something.

5)Continue hitting the gym hard.

6) Try and see more of the world starting with the UK and Europe as I've barely seen any of it despite going places like Sri-lanka and Jamaica.

Think that's everything............. no wait 7) attend an OcUK meet for once.

This year has been fantastic to me for the most part and I started the year hopeful, but with no particular goals or plans other than to be a better person than the year before, and continue to build a good life.

I'll continue this trend into 2014.

PROTIP: you already have them. Lose bodyfat before you do anything.

Yeah there hidden under there somewhere, but making them bigger might speed up the process.
What I'm more worried about is losing weight. I want to hold onto the weight whilst losing fat, which means gain more muscle else where. That's going to be the hard bit.

Get myself a CCNP Security
Refurbish my House
Average cycling speed of over 20mph on my 10 mile circuit (going to be tough judging how badly my fitness has tanked over Autumn)

Bulk up a bit - always been skinny - and spend more time with friends and family. Oh, buy a house - finally have a decent deposit!
