Hi ya'll and merry Xmas ;)

So I got some gift cards for Xmas to upgrade my system and primarily graphics card.
I have two choices from the store I got a gift card to:

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 780 OC 3GB
Core clock 941 MHz / Boost Clock 993 MHz

Gainward GeForce GTX 780 Phantom
Core clock 902 MHz / Boost Clock 954 MHz

They both cost the same and they both come with Assassin's Creed IV, Splinter Cell, Batman Arkham Origins. But which is the better choice regard cooling/noise and performance overall (I know the Zotac is clock a bit higher) ?. The Gainward is a 2'5 slot card but I have room for it.

I have tried looking for reviews but they're only for the AMP and Goes Like Hell edition cards.

What would be your choice and why
Thank you in advance.

I'm going to have the card in a fairly quiet system

I had Zotac 660Ti, both AMP editon and some other and they were both quite noisy. not sure if they improved that in any way.

does the store really only have these 2 available?

That's what they have in stock at the moment to pick right of the shelves.

They have MSI GTX 780 Gaming OC and Palit GTX 780 Jetstream but they're not in stock.

I would probably wait for MSI to come back in stock.

How come ? :) Is there something special to the MSI card ? I've seen it has the same clock speeds as the Gainward though.

The store manager says that they will get restock of the card in about 2½weeks time along with the Jetstream. I just think it's a bit long to wait when I want to get my rig up running :D

I heard the Zotac acts like it's name, its an AMP, AMPLIFIER. Makes a ton of noise. Oh and it looks horrible.

I'd take the phanton GLH edition if that's available. The normal one should be good too.

Phantom glh, as silent as an air cooled card can get, warranty if purchased from ocuk is superior to everyone else on the market and if my two glh's are anything to go by they'll clock up decently as well!
